Big Size corrugaed Carton Printer Slotter Machine consist of chain feeding,printing and slotting unit,it is used for big size corrugated cardboard printing or slotting,The whole machine are heavy, running stable ,easy to operate.We also have lead edge feeding jinbo printer for option.

1 It adopts hand-control chain feeding, stepless speed adjustment control

2 Optical-control counter presets ordered paper quantity

3 Workbench is connected with machine and equipped with a clutch to enable convenient flexographic plate registering

★Printing Unit (top printing)

1 The interval between feeding rollers adopts crossing slide structure which adjusted by manual with distance of 12mm.

2 Printing roller plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface, balance rectification treatment for stable running.

3 Steel anilox roller

4 Rubber roller ink distribution

5 Electric phase adjustment of 360° .

6 Horizontal moving by manual with distance of +5mm

7 Printing press roller plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface, balance rectification treatment for stable running.

★Slotting Unit

1 Upper and down knife holder roller are plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface, balance rectification treatment

2 Creasing wheel and slotting knife holder move together by manual control(electric control for option)

3 Slotting knife holder roller adopts electric phase adjustment of 360°.

4 Carton height and slotting knife horizontal moving adjusted by manual control (electric control for option)
